- Summer Hours: 08:00 to 20:00 daily.
- Winter Hours (Oct-Mar): 08:00 to 18:00 daily.
- Van Permits: Required for vans, pick-ups, or twin-axle trailers. Apply 2 working days in advance.
- Visit Limits: Cars allowed 52 visits/year; Vans and twin-axle trailers limited to 18 visits/year.
- Renew Shop: On-site 'Renew' shop available for donating items in good condition.
- Bicycles: Permitted, including cargo bikes and bikes with trailers.
- POPs Regulations: Dedicated skips for upholstered furniture (sofas, armchairs).
