- Booking Requirement: A new booking system is in place. You must book a slot in advance before visiting.
- Arrival: Do not queue before 10:00 AM as it obstructs gates and local roads.
- Access: Same level access to the bins is available. No pedestrian access permitted.
- Vehicle Limits: Maximum weight limit of 3.5 tonnes. Vans and commercial-type vehicles (including hired) require a free e-permit.
- Reuse: Items in good condition can be placed in the reuse drop-off area for assessment by staff.
- Safety: Wear protective gloves and appropriate footwear (no open toes). Keep children and animals inside the vehicle.
- Trade Waste: This site does not accept trade waste; commercial waste must be taken to Sixfields or Ecton Lane.
