Important Site Rules
- Summer Hours: Effective 1 April to 30 September, open daily 08:00 - 19:30.
- Winter Hours: From 1 October, the site closes earlier at 17:00.
- No Booking for Cars: Residents in standard cars do not need to book an appointment.
- Vans and Trailers: Must book at least 24 hours in advance via the council website. No van/trailer bookings are accepted for Saturdays or Sundays.
- Vehicle Limit: Vans, pick-ups, and trailers are limited to 4 visits per rolling 12-month period.
- Upholstered Furniture (POPs): Dedicated skips are available for sofas and padded chairs to meet SEPA requirements.
- Proof of Address: Site staff may request proof that you live in West Dunbartonshire.
