- This is the only site in South Lanarkshire that accepts asbestos (hazardous waste).
- Accepts mattresses, couches, and upholstered seating (POPs) which smaller sites cannot take.
- Flat-pack all cardboard before arrival; fencing around skips only allows letterbox-style entry.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on site.
