- Winter Hours (1 October – 31 March): 08:00 to 17:00.
- No Booking Required for standard cars.
- Booking Required: Vans and trailers (over 2m) must book an appointment via the MRWA website.
- Pedestrian Access: Allowed at this site via a dedicated pedestrian gate.
- Bicycles: Permitted, following site traffic rules.
- POPs Regulations: Dedicated bins for upholstered furniture (sofas, armchairs, cushions).
- Proof of Residency: Residents may be asked to show proof of address within Merseyside.
