- Summer hours (April to October) are 08:00 to 20:00 daily.
- Winter hours (November to March) are 08:00 to 18:00 daily.
- Standard Cars: No booking is required for residents in cars.
- Vehicle Restrictions: This site is for cars only. No vans, pickups, or trailers are permitted (use Gypsum Close instead).
- Hazardous Waste: This is the main city site for chemicals, garden chemicals, and up to 2 litres of engine oil.
- Asbestos: Accepts small amounts of cement-bonded asbestos (must be wrapped in heavy-duty plastic and taped).
- DIY Waste: Limited to 100 litres (two 50L bags) or one single large item per visit.
- Paint: Only dried-out metal or plastic paint tins are accepted.
