- Asbestos: This is one of the few sites in the county that accepts cement-bonded asbestos (requires a separate asbestos permit).
- Residency: You must be a resident of Nottinghamshire (excluding Nottingham City) to use this site.
- Strictly no trade or commercial waste is accepted.
