In Causeway Coast and Glens, you do not need to book a time slot to visit a Household Recycling Centre (HRC) if you are in a standard car. The temporary booking system introduced during the pandemic has been removed, and sites have returned to an open access model. If you are disposing of business or trade waste, you are restricted to specific sites and will be charged. Permitted Sites: Only Coleraine and Crosstagherty (Ballymoney) accept commercial waste. Vans: While residents in small domestic vans do not typically need to book, they may be inspected to ensure the waste is not commercial.
