- Highly Restricted Schedule: Only open Tuesdays (Full Day), Saturdays (Morning), and Sundays (Afternoon).
- Mandatory Booking: ALL vehicles (including standard cars) must book a slot in advance via the West Lothian Council website.
- No Entry Without Booking: You will be turned away if you arrive without a confirmed time slot.
- Proof of Residency: You must bring photo ID and a recent utility bill/council tax bill showing a West Lothian address.
- Vehicle Restrictions: Vans and trailers must book separately and are limited to 10 visits per year.
- Staff Assistance: Staff are prohibited from helping with manual lifting due to health and safety regulations.
