- Summer Hours (Mar 1 – Oct 15): 09:00 - 17:00 daily.
- Winter Hours (Oct 16 – Feb 28): 09:00 - 16:00 daily.

- Blue Badge holders, pedestrians, and cyclists do not need to book.
- Proof of residency in the Essex County Council area is required.
- Accepts limited amounts of DIY waste from your own household.
- Features a donation point for large electrical appliances and a paint reuse point.
