- Summer Hours (1 April – 30 September): 08:00 to 20:00.
- Winter Hours (1 October – 31 March): 08:00 to 18:00.
- Booking Required: Vans and trailers (2m-3m) must book an appointment via 0303 333 4300.
- Paint Disposal: Accepts up to 10 tins of household paint (specific to this site).
- No Pedestrian Access: Strictly no walk-ins allowed.
- Reuse Shop: On-site shop available for items in good condition.
