- Mandatory Booking: You MUST book your visit in advance via the council website or Bin-ovation app. Entry is strictly prohibited without a valid booking reference.
- Resident Only: Access is restricted to residents of Ards and North Down Borough. You must present photo ID and proof of address upon arrival.
- Sunday Closure: This site is strictly closed on Sundays. The nearest open Sunday sites are Balloo (Bangor) or Holywood.
- Fair Use Policy: Residents are limited to 15 visits per household per year across the borough's network of recycling centres.
- Last Entry: The gates typically close 10-15 minutes before the stated closing time to allow the site to be cleared.
- Oil Tanks: Any oil tanks brought to the site must be completely drained and cut in half beforehand.
