- Mandatory Booking: You MUST book a slot in advance via the council website or Bin-ovation app. Arriving without a booking will result in being turned away.
- Resident Only: Site access is strictly for residents of Ards and North Down Borough. You must present proof of address (ID/Utility Bill) and your booking reference.
- Sunday Closure: This site is strictly closed on Sundays. The nearest open site on a Sunday is Balloo (Bangor) or Holywood.
- Last Entry: The gates typically close 10-15 minutes before the stated closing time to allow for final unloading.
- Vehicle Limits: Residents are limited to 15 bookings per address per year (monitored via the booking system).
- Materials: This site accepts garden waste, wood, scrap metal, and large/small appliances, but has more limited space than the Balloo hub.
