- Mandatory Booking: Access is only possible via a pre-booked slot. You can book up to two weeks in advance or as little as 30 minutes before your visit via the council website.
- Resident Only: You must bring proof of residency (e.g., Driving Licence or Utility Bill) and your booking reference number to show at the entrance.
- Sunday Closure: This site is strictly closed on Sundays. The nearest open site on a Sunday is Balloo (Bangor).
- Waste Separation: It is a condition of use that all waste is separated into the correct recycling containers. Recyclable items are not permitted in landfill skips.
- Van/Trailer Policy: The booking system automatically recognizes vans and double-axle trailers. These vehicles are limited to 6 visits per household per calendar year.
- Last Entry: Typically 10-15 minutes before the stated closing time.
